Thomas Alva Edison was born on Febuary 11,1847 in Milan Ohio. He was the youngest of 6 children and loved to experiment. When he went to school at 7 he never paid any attention in class. When he was about 10 he had set up a labortory in the cellar.There was always popping noises commig from there.

In 1869 Thomas Alva Edison moved to New York City. There he worked at a gold pricing company and in 1871 he married Mary Stilwell. In 1876 he moved to New Jersey and a year later he invented the phonograph. In 1879 he invented the lightbulb. Mary had been ill for several years and died in 1884. In 1903 he invented the video camera.In 1931 he died.

Thomas Alva Edison issued 1093 pattents and 2 of those were the lightbulb and the Movie Projecter.Those invetions are probably the most used and useful. Thomas invented the lightbulb in 1879. He invented the movie projecter in 1903, when it came out he had two movies for it, The Great Train Robbery and The Life of an American Fireman.

Thomas Edison was born in Feb11th in Milan Ohio. When he was a kid he onced burned down his fathers barn. He had to make money for his family and his job was a candy butcher. A candy butcher is person who sells candy on trains.

At his job he saw a boy on the railroad and he saved him because a railcar was coming.Thomas Edison he made the movie camera and first movie. Then Thomas married a girl named Mina and he had 3 kids.

Thomas Edison invented the light bulb so every one could see. he made the telephone. He changed the world because of his things he ivented

Thomas Edison build a labotory when he was little kid .He was a candy butcher on a train. He saved someone's life .

Tom improved the telphone.He invented the radio. Tom listened to different chemicals.

Tom was a really smart guy. He was born on Feb.1847 . And died on Oct.1931.

Thomas Edison married Mary Stillwell on Dec. 1871. Mary died on Aug 1884 from being ill for several years.Thomas married Mina Miller on Feb.1886.

Thomas Edison Invented the TV , telephone,lightbulb, and the talking doll. We should remember Thomas because he invented so many special things.Thomas was awarded the medal of honor.
