Mrs. Jones' students participated in Egypt activities to review facts on Egypt before taking the test. Activities were: computer sites where students played an Egyptian game called Hounds and Jackals and created mummies according to Egyptian techniques, reading facts on Egyptian pyramids and answering questions, putting together a two-sided puzzle of a mummy, working a crossword puzzle on Egyptian vocabulary, playing a card game called "Old Mummy" ( similar to Old Maid) with Egyptian characters, creating an Egyptian bookmark using hieroglyphs, creating a hanging mobile with Egyptian items, and playing and Egyptian board game.
